How it worked:
An interactive form was embedded into an incentivized HTML email that was sent out to multiple 3rd party rented databases. The incentive was to register your details for a chance of winning a free flight to Europe. Users were also provided with the option of opting into receiving newsletters from Lufthansa by clicking a opt-in box.
The embedded form meant that the majority of users would be able to interact directly with the email without having to click through to a competition page. The fields included were:
