7DAYS-Ad7antage

Project Brief:
To build the first fully SMS based loyalty programme called Ad7antage in the United Arab Emirates

Print, Online and Mobile Web

Interactivity used:
SMS Shortcode, Mobile Web

How it worked:
A dedicated SMS Shortcode was set up on a standard rate.
 
A system was then built using the latest API technology to link an online database of registrants with an automated SMS programme allowing registered users to use their mobile phone as their Ad7antage loyalty card.
 

  1. A user would register their mobile phone number online or on the mobile site
  2. The user would then receive a verification SMS message
  3. The system would then associate that mobile number with that user
  4. A registered user would then have to SMS the letter A to the SMS Shortcode number to be sent back their voucher to use at participating outlets.
 
A micro site and mobile optimized version of the site was also built which hosted information on how to use the system and a full list by area and category of participating outlets, allowing users to see what offers are available on the move.  For more details visit www.Ad7antage.com
